Minimum rental period is 24 hours (1 day). Rental period begins upon delivery or pickup. Early returns do not qualify for partial day refunds. Late returns will incur additional daily charges at the standard rate.

All rates are subject to applicable taxes (HST 13%). Accepted payments include major credit cards, ACH transfer, or approved account billing. A security deposit may be required for new customers.

Only qualified, trained personnel may operate equipment. Operator must be 18 years or older with valid certification where required. Equipment must be used as intended and within specified capacity limits. All operations must comply with local safety regulations.

Customer is responsible for providing clear access to drop-off/pickup location. 24-hour notice required for pickup scheduling. Delivery fees vary by distance from our yard locations.

24-hour notice required for cancellation. Cancellation fees may apply for late notices. Weather-related cancellations subject to rescheduling without penalty.
